Tamikan Space Pet Tardigrade is a ball-jointed doll cast of polyurethane resin standing 6 cm (less than 2½") high. Its length is about 13 cm (5"). It has strong magnets in its feet and a magnetic mechanism in its tubular mouth, which helps to pull it out and then pushes it back. There are various types of tardigrade tints: different translucent and opaque ones; also we have made glow-in-the-dark water bears; QuickBismuth and BronzieMentalityʼs glitter coat is applied during the casting process and is more durable that a regular blushing or make-up.
We've recently assembled the last cast green translucent SuccuLettie water bear for MunecArt event and it is available for 215€.
Each Tardigrade comes with a magnet treat and a comfy bed to safely get to its new home. An updated magnet bowl of food can be added for 10€: now it can pull out a water bearʼs mouth (as treats do) in addition to just keeping it out (as the first version of bowl did). It is possible to get a breast collar with a leash, too, but, please, take into account that we don't keep a stock of them so the making might take up to two-three weeks depending on our workflow; its cost is 40€.
