Sprout Gals are 31 cm (12.2") ball-jointed dolls cast of polyurethane resin.
Their eye sockets fit 6 mm diameter eyes, heads fit 4" wigs and flat feet are 4 cm (1.6") long.
Their hands are held by magnets so it's easy to remove them to change clothes. There are two pairs of feet, flat and tip-toed for high-heeled shoes—these are held by magnets as well. There is a choice of two torso versions: a newer one named “Stanced” is sculpted more accurately anatomically but has only one joint—unlike the first “Supple” one, which has four.
There are also dolls with a poseable cyber prothesis instead of a Gal's right hand or leg or both. Such hands and feet are held by magnets even though right feet of Gals featuring such a leg are adjustable for both flat and high-heeled shoes without the need to change them.
For now three moulds share this petite teen body: a human Kioni with a choice of three faceplates, a cyborg named Dummy and a human Alpha with a choice of two faceplates.
The dolls' ears are on their headbacks and there are two types available: with a human and with a cyborg pair.
